Since meeting in 2016, Georgina has followed five-time Ballon d’Or winner Ronaldo from Madrid to Turin and then Manchester, as he left Real Madrid for Juventus and United.

Ronaldo’s oldest son Cristiano Jr. was born in the United States in 2010 but immediately taken back to Madrid to be raised in Spain. The identity of his mother of him is unknown.

In June 2017, the then-Real Madrid star surprised fans with the news he’d welcomed twins Eva and Mateo through a surrogate, and just one month later he and Georgina announced they were expecting their first child together.

Asked by Spanish publication El Mundo whether he was ‘happy’ to be expecting again, he said: ‘Yes, very much.’

Georgina then gave birth to their daughter Alana on November 12, 2017, with the sportsman announcing the news on Instagram, writing: ‘Alana Martina is just born! Both Geo and Alana are doing great! We are all very happy!’

Georgina Rodriguez’s whereabouts were not immediately clear on Monday night.

Spanish press reported earlier this year she was set to give birth to her twins at a private Madrid hospital.

The reports said the 28-year-old had placed her trust once again in University Hospital Quironsalud Madrid near to the £4.8m home in the gated estate of La Finca which Ronaldo still owns.

Georgina was reportedly spotted visiting the hospital during her visit to the Spanish capital in January with Cristiano, when they stayed in a suite at the five-star Rosewood Villa Magna Hotel after a romantic meal together.

She gave birth in a VIP suite in the prestigious hospital, a favorite of the rich and famous, to their daughter Alana Martina on November 12, 2017.

The suite, one of four at the clinic with a bedroom and living room area, two bathrooms, wifi, a television and safe, was in a restricted area with direct access to an underground garage.

Tamara Degenhardt, named as the doctor who took charge of Georgina’s last birth, is still believed to be at the hospital where she heads up its Prenatal Diagnosis Unit.
